We're looking for a Head of Product to own the full product strategy and execution of HAEVN. You will define how the system works end to end, from survey design to matching logic to connection flow.
This is a foundational role. You won't just optimize features. You'll shape the product itself.
HAEVN only works if the product feels tight, intentional, and trustworthy. This role is responsible for making sure every part of the experience reinforces that.
You care about clarity. You don't overbuild. You think in systems, not features. You're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
$210,000 – $250,000 base + equity
