About the Role

We're looking for a Head of Product to own the full product strategy and execution of HAEVN. You will define how the system works end to end, from survey design to matching logic to connection flow.

This is a foundational role. You won't just optimize features. You'll shape the product itself.

Why this Role Matters

HAEVN only works if the product feels tight, intentional, and trustworthy. This role is responsible for making sure every part of the experience reinforces that.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the overall product strategy and roadmap
  • Own the Survey → Match → Connect system end to end
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data to ship high-quality product decisions
  • Establish product metrics across acquisition, activation, match quality, and connection rates
  • Design and iterate on the matching experience and user flows
  • Lead product thinking around trust, verification, and user safety
  • Build and manage a small, high-quality product team over time

What We're Looking For

  • 8–12+ years in product management
  • Experience building consumer or marketplace products
  • Strong intuition for user behavior paired with data-driven decision making
  • Ability to simplify complex systems into clean user experiences
  • Comfortable operating in early-stage environments with high ownership

Who Tends to Do Well Here

You care about clarity. You don't overbuild. You think in systems, not features. You're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.

Compensation

$210,000 – $250,000 base + equity

A deeper discussion with the hiring lead focused on the actual work, judgment, and how you think.

3

Practical interview

Depending on the role, this may be a work sample, case discussion, portfolio review, or technical conversation.

4

Team conversation

You'll meet a few people you'd work closely with so both sides can evaluate fit, communication style, and collaboration.

5

Decision

If there's a fit, we'll move quickly and clearly. If not, we'll close the loop respectfully.

No ghosting. No unnecessary rounds.
