Verification is optional and is offered with HAEVN+. It is not required to join the free Network. If you choose to verify, we work with a third-party identity partner (currently Veriff). Government ID data is handled by our partner under their own terms; HAEVN retains only the outcome of the check (pass or fail), the timestamp, and a partner-issued reference — never a copy of the ID document.
Community Partner applications
If you apply to the Community Partner program, we additionally collect the professional details you submit (business name, specialty, location, links, and an optional photo) so we can evaluate the application. Partner applications are administered by HAEVN staff and are subject to the same protections in this policy.
