Terms of service.

HAEVN is a modern matchmaking network. Shared Intent is the foundation. Compatibility is the measurement. The Match Score is the outcome. HAEVN evaluates the network on your behalf and produces introductions on Match Monday — there is no feed, no browsing, and no in-platform swiping.

By using HAEVN, you agree that:

• You’re at least 18 years old.
• You’ll provide accurate, truthful information.
• You’ll engage with other members in alignment with our member conduct standards.

If you don’t agree, please don’t use HAEVN.

You must:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be barred from using online services under any applicable law.

Free Network Membership does not require identity verification. If you upgrade to HAEVN+, you may be asked to verify your identity through our third-party partner (currently Veriff) so that verified members can be introduced with confidence.

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, let us know at support@haevn.co.

We may suspend or terminate memberships that violate these Terms or harm other members.

HAEVN is built on respect, consent, and integrity. You agree to:

• Communicate with honesty and consent.
• Respect other members’ boundaries and privacy.
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
• Not use HAEVN for commercial solicitation, spam, or exploitation of any kind.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

You own the content you provide (survey responses, photos, and other submissions). You grant HAEVN a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely to operate the matchmaking service — for example, to build your internal product profile, share relevant details in a Match introduction, or show your own responses back to you in a Match Report. HAEVN does not publish member responses to a public-facing profile or feed.

You’re responsible for ensuring that anything you upload:

• Is your own, or you have permission to share it.
• Doesn’t infringe on another’s rights or violate laws.

We may remove content that violates these rules or harms the matchmaking experience.

When you opt into verification, we work with a third-party identity partner (currently Veriff). Government ID data is processed by our partner under their own terms; HAEVN retains only the outcome of the check, the timestamp, and a partner-issued reference — never a copy of the ID document. If you choose HAEVN+ or another paid feature:

• You authorize HAEVN to charge your payment method for the agreed amount.
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Subscription renewals will be charged automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Payments are processed by our payment partner (Stripe). HAEVN does not store your full payment card details.

HAEVN provides matchmaking introductions based on Shared Intent and structured compatibility. The Match Score measures alignment strong enough to justify an introduction — it is not a prediction of relationship success. We do not guarantee outcomes, chemistry, or long-term compatibility. You’re responsible for your own choices and interactions, both online and offline. Always use good judgment and appropriate caution when meeting other members.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• HAEVN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the total amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

• You may delete your Network Membership at any time.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or harm other members.

We may update these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at haevn.co/terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
